Translate to English Herbe, pflanzlich bis kräuterige und leicht hefige Nase mit weiß- und grünfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Paprika, recht deutlich Holunder und mineralischen Noten. Reife, etwas schmelzige, ganz trockene Frucht, hefige, nussige und vegetabile Aromen, ganz leicht pfeffrige Würze, zarter Säurebiss und feiner Griff, ein Hauch Kohlensäure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, florale Nuancen, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren, im Hintergrund Mineralik, sehr guter Abgang mit frischem, kühlem Saft.
