Feste, noch etwas hefig-gedeckte Frucht, nussige, angetrocknet-vegetabile und florale Töne, sehr feine Säure und merklicher Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig, hat Kraft, kreidig-salzige Töne im Hintergrund, speckige Nuancen, ein Hauch Pilze, gewisser Schmelz, etwas Tiefe, noch kaum entwickelt, sehr guter, fester und dichter, herb-saftiger, nussiger, hefiger und vegetabiler Abgang, wieder mit pilzigen Tönen.
