Translate to English Noch unruhiger, reduktiv wirkender, fester, recht tiefer, deutlich pflanzlicher und leicht floraler Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen, ein wenig Rauch, im Hintergrund Wurzelgemüse und Mineralik. Kräftig, fest und saftig im Mund, wieder noch eher reduktiv, feine, lebendige Säure und viel Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, deutlich hefige Aromen, etwas hell-holzige Nuancen, nachhaltig, leicht rauchig und intensiv salzig, gute Tiefe, vielschichtig, hat Spannung, aber auch reichlich Kraft, sehr guter, fester, komplexer Abgang mit Druck. Muss weiter reifen.
