Youthful, a touch bacony scent of more red than black berries with dried herbal aromas, a little beetroot, lots of pepper and nutty hints. Clear, polished, fine-juicy, relatively cool fruit, youthful tannin and animating acid bite, dried-herbal, nutty and a hint of cocoa-spicy tones, persistent, some chocolate and salt in the background, lasting, some depth, tight construction, very good, tart-juicy and fine-spicy finish with quite distinct minerality and a hint of pepper.
