2015 Spätburgunder trocken unplugged, Ahr, Germany

Nutty and slightly undergrowthy aroma of red berries and a hint of cassis with a little cherry and some dried herbs. Cool and lean in the mouth, straightforward, tart fruit, herbal to planty notes, some acid bite and fine sandy tannin, salty and floral nuances, has some bite, quite good finish.
