Light earthy, vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, hint of bacon, red and a few black berries, peppery traces. Clear, tart, fairly polished fruit on the palate, fairly cool, fine tannins, vegetal and delicate earthy notes, delicate acid bite, fairly persistent, salty traces, good to very good finish.

Reife, etwas schmelzige Frucht, rauchige Noten, vegetabile und gewürzige Töne, feinsandiges Tannin, gewisse Kraft und Nachhaltigkeit, florale Nuancen, mineralische Anklänge, guter bis sehr guter, relativ saftiger und etwas rauchiger Abgang mit Hagebutten, angedeutet Pfeffer und Auberginen.

Clear, tart, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, cold smoke, earthy and peppery notes, some undergrowth, salty mineral notes, more light vegetal traces in the background, fairly persistent, noticeable acid bite, fine sandy, youthful tannins, leathery notes, good to very good tart, juicy, firm finish.
