Light spicy and dried vegetal notes on the nose, predominantly red and a few black berries, hint of rhubard, ethereal herbaceous notes and bacon. Clear, straightforward, fairly cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, delicate nutty notes, hint of tobacco, peppery traces, light acid bite, fresh vegetal notes, very light waxy traces, smoky traces, polished, mineral traces in the background, improves with aeration some bite, elegant spice on a very good finish.
