Translate to English Fester, etwas rauchiger und holzwürziger, aber auch deutlich mineralischer Duft nach roten Beeren mit zart floralen Tönen und Kräuteraromen. Relativ herb im Mund, dennoch auch saftig, dazu etwas holzwürzig und wieder deutlich kräuterig, feine, recht lebendige Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, ein wenig sprödes, nachtrocknendes Tannin, salzig-mineralische Noten, gewisse Tiefe, guter bis sehr guter Abgang. Legt mit Luft zu.
