2002 Spätburgunder trocken Devonschiefer - Goldkapsel, Ahr, Germany

Firm, deep nose with partly candied red fruit, plummy notes, wilted flowers and mineral notes. Clear and juicy style, fine, ripe tannins, excellent structure, prominent mineral notes on the palate, persistent, quite complex, notes of olcves, full-bodied and very creamy, tremendous depth and length. A great wine!
