Firm and quite deep, smoky and somewhat nutty aroma with bright yellow fruity aromas, a trace of celery and hints of yellow spice. Clear, ripe, quite juicy, relatively tart fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, nutty-hearty hints, good substance and persistence, again a hint of celery and yellow spice in the background, chalky and slightly salty minerality, also hints of peppery spice, very good finish with bright juice and some grip.

Best to drink: 2025-2030+. What our ratings mean
