Cool, delicately yeasty and reminiscent of wild herbs with citrus aromas, also some citrus peel, a little peach, meadow flowers and light mineral tones. Ripe, juicy, bright, quite dry fruit, very fine acidity and a certain melting, almost a little buttery tones, also nutty yeasty hints, again wild herbs, hints of poppy, persistent on the palate, good substance, spiciness reminiscent of caraway, has power despite the moderate alcohol, bright minerality, very good, firm finish.
