Cool nose, yesty traces and light floral notes, light citrus and stone fruit aromas, some mineral notes. Ripe, creamy, sweetish fruit on the palate, touch of sugar candy, yeasty notes, touch of yellow spice, elegant, lively acidity, light tannic grip, nutty aromas, good persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, light mineral notes in the background, hint of bacon, still undeveloped, some depth, more yeasty and light mineral notes on a very good, fairly juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
