Quite firm, somewhat nutty, resinous and hints of mushroomy scent of partly candied yellow fruits with slightly ethereal-herbal hints, smoky wood and a hint of dried flowers. Ripe, not quite dry fruit with nuances reminiscent of rocket, lively, almost present acidity, somewhat spicy and toasty wood aromas in the background, slightly drying tannin, certain persistence, hints of lemon verbena, salty tones, very good, clearly floral finish with bite.
