Firm and quite deep, somewhat dried-plant to herbal and slightly smoky scent of candied yellow fruits with a hint of seashells as well as nuances reminiscent of algae and light flowers. Ripe, juicy, sweet fruit with slightly dark berry and minty hints, lively acidity, a bit of fine sandy tannin, good substance and sustainability, in the background citrus zest, salt, and hinted smoked salt, very good finish with cool juice and olive oil.
