Citrus scent with stone and pome fruit notes, some herbs, dried floral tones and nutty yeasty aromas. Quite juicy, sweet fruit, nutty yeasty flavours, lively acidity and plenty of carbonic acid, noticeable tannin, some persistence, good, somewhat mineral, also still a little tannic rough finish with a hint of dark berries
