Clear, cool, quite fresh citrus stone fruit nose with herbal aromas and quite distinct minerality. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, still yeasty tones, herbaceous flavours on the palate, a hint of rock candy, persistent, some depth, distinct minerality, hints of dark berries in the background, very good, quite juicy, again relatively sweet finish

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
