Tart, almost cool, planty and restrained yellow-fruity aroma with delicate floral and nutty hints as well as fine vegetable notes. Fine, polished, restrained, again almost cool fruit, very fine acidity, a hint of nutty spiciness, clear minerality in the background, some smoke, slightly noticeable alcohol, floral and planty nuances, very good finish.
