2017 Cabernet Sauvignon trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Clear, firm, pure aroma of ripe black berries and a little cherry with slightly dried herbal and juniper aromas, a little pepper and hints of dried flowers. Firmly woven, tart, fine-juicy black fruit, smoky-roasty wood, some acid bite and present, ripe tannins, a little mint, a lot of power and noticeable alcohol, good persistence, bitter-chocolate tones, a hint of coffee, quite concentrated, very good, dark-fruity and slightly bitterish-chocolatey, also warm finish. Gains juice and freshness with air.
