2017 Ried Steinmühle Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Firm, fairly deep nose, light nutty and light dried vegetal notes, mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit. Ripe, boe dry, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, nutty aromas, moderate, elegant acidity, delicate grip, has substance and persistence, some depth, firm structure, touch of elderflower, light herbaceous notes in the background, hint of citrus zests and dried flowers, quite complex, very good finish.
