Firm and deep, vegetal and intensely mineral, also a hint of yeasty fragrance with tart yellow-fruity aromas and delicate nutty and smoky wood nuances. Tart and juicy, again quite firm fruit with smoky and nutty wood notes, vegetable to herbal aromas on the palate, hinted white pepper, persistent, quite strong, but also with cooling elements, intensive minerality, has grip, ethereal nuances, good depth, very good to long finish. May mature
