2016 Ried Setz trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Firm, polished nose, black berries and cherries, light herbaceousaromas, light peppery notes, hint of dark chocolate, floral tracesand moineral notes. Clear, polished, tart fruit on the palate, surprisingly cool, lightacid bite and firm, youthful tannins, smoky, nutty andsooty traces, vegetal and herbaceous traces in the background, good depth, still undeveloped, pepperytraces, hint of bacon, very good, firm, tart, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
