2016 Ried Point trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Firm nose, hint of tobacco and peppery traces, ripe black berries, floral and herbaceous traces, some juniper, cherries and mineral notes. Ripe, very firmly structured, juicy dark fruit on the palate, firm, fine tannins, touch of cocoa and coffee in the background, hint of tobacco, deep and persistent, still veryyoung, touch of licorice, hint of bacon, hint of juniper and peppery traces, compact structure, very good, long finish.
