2016 Cabernet Sauvignon trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Very firm, deep, clear nose, blackcurrants, delicate hint of bacon, hint of tobacco and mushrooms, dried herbs. Ripe, firmly structured, tart, juicy, polished dark fruit on the palate, touch of dark chocolate and Havana tobacco, toasted traces, full-bodied, good substance and persistence, gooddepth, youthful, very fine tannins, mineral traces, still very young overall, complex, touch of oak and tobacco on a very good, long, ripe, tart, juicy finish.
