Clear, polished nose, pomaceous fruit, hint of citrus, moderate spicy oak, light yeasty notes, floral and vegetal traces. Firm, elegant, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, full-bodied, very elegant acidity, floral, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, light nutty oak, delicate hint of tobacco, persistent, creamy, some depth, still largely undeveloped, salty mineral and some floral notes in the background, minty traces on a very good, fairly firm, juicy finish.
