2013 Scheurebe Trockenbeerenauslese süß, Burgenland, Austria

Very slightly smoky nose, sweet with candied and dried citrus and stone fruit, dleicate vegetal, lactic and volatile notes, some caramel, honey and capers. Very sweet, slightly creamy, juicy fruit on the palate, partly dried and candied, lively, elegant acidity, light floral notes, delicate hint of almonds in the background, concentrated and persistent, firm bite, some depth, light earthy notes, hint of bacon, very light vegetal touch in the background, still largely undeveloped, some bite on a very good, firm, sweet finish.
