2013 Ried Point trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Firm, fairly deep nose, light herbaceous anddelicate peppery notes, cherries and black berries, tobacco, hint of dried flowers, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, polished, tart, juciy fruit on the palate, light smoky oak and some tobacco, dried herbs, peppery traces, persistent and firm, earthy and salty mineral notes, firm, fine, youthful tannins, hint of bacon in the background, some depth, very good finish.
