2009 Ried Steinmühle trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Firm nose, green berries, some pomaceous fruit and citrus fruit, predominantly green vegetal notes, beans and tart herbaceous notes. Firm, clear and juicy on the palate, slightly creamy fruit, elegant acidity, green herbaceous and vegetal notes, mineral notes in the background, elegant acid bite, has some depth, excellent persistence, mineral notes on an elegant, juicy finish with spicy vegetal notes. Perfect wine to go with vitello Tonnato
