Melon, quinces and partly candied pears on the nose, mineral notes, nutty notes and pistachioes, spicy oak. Ripe, creamy, absolutely pure fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, prominent sweetish but also very well integrated acidity, persistent, mineral notes in the background, full-bodied, but restrained, light sugar candy and caramel notes, fairly deep, long finish.
