Firm nose, honeydew melon and very ripe, partly candied pomaceous fruit and quinces, deep with salty mineral as well as some chalky notes, green vegetal traces and some nutty notes. Lively, crystal-clear and quite juicy fruit on the palate, extremely elegant acidity, delicate vegetal traces, very persistent with mineral notes, firm, has depth and substance, full-bodied without being heavy, rather is extremely refreshing, excellent balance, stimulating, juicy, long finish.
