2007 Chardonnay Trockenbeerenauslese süß, Burgenland, Austria

Fairly typical nose, candied citrus fruit and apples, hint of dried herbs, prominent vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes in the background. Concentrated on the palate, sweet fruit, fairly prominent acidity, vegetal notes, spicy earthy and mineral notes, smoky traces in the background, some candied nuts, quite firm and persistent, deep, long finish.
