Somewhat floral, planty to herbal and hints of bacony stone fruit scent with green berries, white flowers and a hint of paprika. Polished, quite tightly knit citrus fruit with a hint of lichen, lively acidity, hints of pepper, passion fruit and fennel, has some grip and persistence, salty and chalky minerality, noticeable alcohol, very good, tart, slightly muted finish with bite.
