Quite firm, somewhat vegetal to herbal, smoky and nutty nose of yellow fruits with slightly black berry notes as well as nuances reminiscent of peppers, butter and sage. Polished, ripe fruit with a certain melting, lively, yet fine acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, lemon verbena and light wood tones in the background, a trace of medicinal herbs, light minerality, slightly smoky hints, very good finish with bite and fennel notes.
