Lightly spiced, tobacco-like and slightly vegetable scent of yellow fruits with a hint of dried flowers and fennel. Firmly structured, juicy fruit with some nutty and roasted wood aromas, a touch of dark berries and hints of pickled peppers, fine, lively acidity, has a grip of ripe tannins, good sustainability, in the background apricots, pepper and nuances reminiscent of pak choi, chalky and salty minerality, slightly sweet melt, very good, grippy finish.
