2021 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Restrained, very bright fruit, citrus notes, white berries and a little apple, plus floral nuances and a little currant leaf. Tart, restrained fruit, nutty yeasty aromas, suitable acidity, grip of slightly sandy tannin, some persistence, hints of black berries and redcurrant leaves, good, tart, again slightly tannic finish with mineral nuances.
