Cool yeasty and herbal nose with very restrained, bright yellow fruity notes, some pepper, nutmeg, floral hints and a hint of elderberry. Ripe, warm, somewhat melting fruit, quite aromatic, blackberry, almond and nutmeg tones, medium-fine mousseux, some grip, yeasty tones, good persistence, has power, good to very good, somewhat warm, again melting and quite aromatic finish.
