Cool, firm, slightly smoky, nutty and ethereal-herbaceous nose with yellow fruit notes and a hint of lavender, as well as nuances reminiscent of olives, peppers, and Romanesco. Ripe, firm fruit with a touch of creaminess, a hint of nut butter, and a suggestion of pepper, lively acidity, crumbly-sandy tannins, dense and persistent on the palate, with nutty and slightly spicy wood undertones in the background, rather dark minerality, a certain warmth from the alcohol, again rosemary, very good finish with bite and cool herbal aromas.
