Editor note: Slightly reductive nose, nutty and light vegetal notes, dried herbs, fairly mature pomaceous fruit, delicate hint of bacon, light floral traces, touch of yellow spice. Straightforward, dry, slightly melonyfruit on the palate, delicatelycreamy, hint of sage, very elegant acidity, nuttyoak in the background, light tannic grip, slightly persistent, salty notes, good finish.
