Taut, deep, still yeasty and a little smoky-reductive aroma with bright yellow-fruity aromas, herbs and a hint of chilli. Firmly woven, polished, bright, fine-juicy fruit, very fine acidity, delicate nutty tones and a hint of smoke, hints of herbs in the background, a touch of dark berries, tart minerality, tobacco nuances, very good, quite firm finish with minerality, herbs and peppery nuances.
