Wine Review Report :

wein.plus rating: Excellent (90 WP)
Last reviewed: 25 October, 2018
Editor note: Nutty notes and a hint of bacon on the nose, vegetal notes reminiscent of cabbage, yellow fruit, touch of yellow spice, light smoky oak, some watercress, hint of brown butter. Bone dry fruit on the palate, nutty oak, prominent vegetal notes, earthy and salty notes in the background, firm acidity and firm grip, slightly astringent tannins, good substance and persistence, fairly austere character, noticeable yeasty notes in the background, still totally undeveloped, some depth, hint of mushrooms, noticeable acid bite on a very good, firm, tart finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
Best to drink: Mid-2019-2024+
