Translate to English Kühler, herber, etwas kräuteriger, deutlich mineralischer und auch eine Spur pfeffriger Duft mit nussigen Aromen, getrocknetem Koriander und erdigen Tönen. Fest gewirkt und völlig trocken im Mund, sehr feine Säure, hefige und deutlich mineralische Noten, sehr zurückhaltende Frucht, nachhaltig, etwas griffig, gute Substanz, rauchige und fast aschige Anklänge, etwas Grapefruitschale, noch wenig entwickelt, hat Griff und Biss, gewisse Tiefe, wirkt ziemlich kompromisslos, sehr guter, fester Abgang. Viel mehr Boden als Frucht.
