Translate to English Fester, kräuterwürziger, erdig-mineralischer und ein wenig an Wurzelgemüse erinnernder Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen und einer Spur Tabak. Ganz trockene Frucht im Mund, viel Lorbeer, Trockenkräuter und Wurzelgemüse, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, reife, präsente Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, mittlere Kraft und etwas Wärme, gewürzige Nuancen, gewisse Tiefe, hat Schmelz, aber auch Griff, noch jung und kompakt, sehr guter Abgang mit herbem Saft, Schmelz und Würze.
