Nutty, yeasty, woody and clearly vegetal nose with slightly warm yellow fruity and phenolic notes. Again very slightly warm fruit with nutty-woody, yeasty and vegetal flavours, slightly lemony acidity, somewhat sandy, slightly drying tannin, which integrates better with air, certain persistence, tobacco nuances, chalk and salt in the background, at first somewhat angular and not very harmonious, but with time noticeably more balanced, good to very good finish with bite, light wood and again also slightly drying tannin. Still rather difficult, although somewhat more convincing than in January.
