Clearly fresh, vegetal and somewhat yeasty nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, light wood notes, floral tones and a certain minerality. Bright, somewhat lemony-juicy fruit with pome fruit notes, yeast, planty aromas and again also light wood notes, chalk and salt in the background, lively acidity, still very slightly muted and drying on the palate, certain melting, good persistence, still undeveloped, good to very good finish
