Firm, polished nose, light herbaceous and peppery notes, cool berry and cherry aromas, mineral traces. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, increasingly juicy with aeration, light acid bite, fine, youthful tannins, herbaceous and delicate peppery notes, mineral notes in the background, fairly firm structure, still largely undeveloped, persistent, develops significantly more substance anddepth with aeration, hint of dark chocolate, very good, tart, fresh, juicy finish.
