Nutty nose, light floral and yeasty notes, pomaceous fruit, hint of bacon and butter, earthy and mineral traces. Nutty ripe fruit on the palate, quite juicy, vegetal, prominent yeasty and light floral aromas, still largely undeveloped, lively, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, salty notes in the background, gripping and vibrant, some depth, very good firm finish.
