2015 Sauvignon Blanc trocken S, Württemberg, Germany

Slightly reductive and muted ethereal nose, medicinal herbs, green pears and apples, limes and yellow bell peppers, touch of green pepper. Dry fruit on the palate, menthol, green citrus fruit and Granny Smith apples, white pepper and a hint of muscat, lively acidity, cool mineral notes in the background, appears to be light-bodied, but has some substance, prominent yeasty aromas, not yet fully developed, clear contours, good to very good finish.
