2015 Beutelsbach Sonnenberg Chardonnay trocken R, Württemberg, Germany

Fairly firm nose, light yeasty notes, light spicy oak, pomaceous fruit and a touch of citrus, vegetal notes, light earthy and mineral notes in the background. Ripe, fairly juicy, partly candied and delicately sweet fruit on the palate, more light oak, earthy and mineral notes, elegant acidity, fine sandy tannins, still very slightly astringent, good persistence, lemony notes and some bite on a good finish.
