2021 Amoltern Steinhalde Grauburgunder Spätlese trocken ***, Baden, Germany

Nutty scent with some vegetal to herbal aromas, a hint of mushrooms and quite polished yellow fruity tones. Ripe, polished, juicy fruit, fine, tart, nutty woody hints and vegetal to herbal tones, very delicate sweet melting, persistent on the palate, has freshness, very fine acidity marbling the wine, smoky and mushroomy traces, in the background, salt, very good, tight finish.
