Nutty and a hint of yeasty scent of crumbly pome fruit with floral and earthy nuances. Ripe, quite juicy fruit with nutty and slightly yeasty aromas, somewhat sweetish melting and a delicate touch, slightly floral on the palate, good persistence, very slightly covering tannin, salty tones in the background, very good, juicy and somewhat grippy finish
