Light floral notes on the nose, partly preserved mixed berries and cherries, herbaceous notes, very light peppery traces, hint of bacon. Clear, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, delicate peppery, earthy and herbaceous aromas, light acid bite, fine sandy tannins, ethereal notes, prominent citrus zests, reminiscent of bergamotte, good persistence, noticeable warm alcohol, malted and floral traces, light mineral touch, preserved fruit, some peppery spice and cocoa on a good to very good finish.
